You must be a student, educator, or related academic professional to use CoverLe. By using our tools, you represent that you have the right and authority to enter into these terms.

You are solely responsible for the information and data you input into CoverLe. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including the generation of fraudulent academic documents.

Academic Integrity

CoverLe is a formatting tool, not a content generation service. We do not support or endorse plagiarism, cheating, or any violation of academic integrity policies. Users must adhere to their respective institution's guidelines.

Generated Documents

Documents generated through CoverLe are provided 'as is'. While we strive for perfect formatting across all templates, you are responsible for reviewing the final PDF output to ensure it meets your specific requirements before submission.

Templates and Formatting

Our templates are based on standard university guidelines. However, institutional requirements may change. CoverLe does not guarantee that our templates will meet the exact specifications of every university or department.

Intellectual Property

The CoverLe platform, including its design, codebase, and proprietary templates, is owned by CoverLe. You retain all rights to the personal data and content you input into the generated documents.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary formatting algorithms used by CoverLe. Automated generation of documents via bots is strictly prohibited.

Data Storage

CoverLe utilizes local browser storage (localStorage) to save draft data for your convenience. We do not permanently store your personal academic data on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Services

CoverLe may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., PDF rendering libraries). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of these external services.

Premium Features

Certain features may be offered as premium or paid services in the future. Any such changes will be clearly communicated, and continued use of those specific features will require acceptance of additional terms.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but CoverLe is provided without any guarantees of continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoverLe or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our document generation tools.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to CoverLe immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service.

We may update our Terms of Service periodically. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the 'Last Modified' date at the bottom of this page.
