When you upload institutional logos or other files, they are processed to generate your documents. We do not permanently store or claim ownership over your uploaded institutional branding.

We retain any provided personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Locally stored drafts persist on your device until cleared by you or your browser.

CoverLe may utilize external services such as Vercel for hosting, analytics providers, authentication providers, and payment processors (if implemented). Users may also be subject to the privacy policies of those respective services.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no internet transmission method or electronic storage solution can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Our services are designed for students and academic professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
